"Hotel was extremely homely and welcoming, just as the staff and owner were. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of town to get an experience closer to “locals”, and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was clean, and I got a better night’s sleep here than our last stop in a big hotel. It’s so cosy, and the breakfast also deserves a mention; very healthy and tasty. "For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly....
