"Great experience, the restaurant serves some lip smacking food. We were celebrating our anniversary, however did not get anything complimentary (not even a cake) from the hotel, which would have made the experience even better"

"Booked for 2 nights, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The gala dinner, though expensive was excellent, music, dance, food, drink and service was exceptional. We stayed in two of the luxury "Tents", which had all the amenities of a normal room and felt special. Close to shops and some restaurants, walking distance. Impeccable hotel, beautiful. Salon near by, really good gym. Winter so pool was out, but too cold in the evening. "

"This is a grand Palace, however, very few visitors, even in the midst of the peak season because of the poor maintenance as well as limited services. Our showers as well as toilet was in terrible shape. Go else with the worst I ever seen in my trip for a long, long time."
