But the staff lack in basic courtesy and simple rules of hospitality such as - do not call a guest on their room’s phone at 11pm just to ask what time will they check out the next day. Seriously, do not call a guest at 11pm unless there is a life threatening emergency. Asking them their check out time is not an emergency. "

"Extremely pleased to stay at Five Elements Jodhpur . The hotel is extremely clean everywhere. The room was sound proof. Vegetarian food served at restaurant is freshly prepared and of superb quality. Every staff I came across was polite and helpful . Little increase in the water pressure in the bathroom is desired, but not essential.Only one shortcoming I could find after deep inspection is missing by of peep holes on room doors. 😊"

"I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."

"This property is right in the market area and yet quiet and calm. A variety of birds fly around the roof during breakfast with fort as a backdrop and violet temple in the foreground— kinda dreamy.
