"My family stayed here to visit the water park across the street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fair amount of road noise that we could hear through the windows, but the room was otherwise in good shape. We also saw a number of other rooms undergoing renovations while we were there. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall across the street, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and had decent options. "

"Had a really great stay at the hotel. We arrived pretty late at night, but the lady at the front desk was super warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The suite was spacious, nicely furnished, and definitely worth the price. Room service was spot on too. The location was perfect—just a few steps from the ferry station, and taking the ferry to Midtown New York was such a cool experience. Times Square was just a quick 10-minute Uber ride away from the midtown ferry station on the other side , even with traffic. Overall, a solid stay!"
