"Everyone was extremely nice during our whole stay except for one lady working the front desk our last 2 days in the mornings, she was very openly rude not only to us but several guests that we saw, even asking a lady questions about her service dog. Overall the rooms, pool, and breakfast was excellent. We had 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms tv only had 3-4 channels but we didnt even complain so it was no big deal. The area the hotel is in had a lot around close that was convenient and only about 15...

"I love my stay my room spacious. The only problem is the walls in the bathroom had stains. For a $150 deposit rooms need a huge upgrade. The hair conditioner was used by a previous guest and was not replaced. I would stay here again. "

"I had a last-minute stop and couldn’t make it home to Chicago. We stopped at the Renaissance Hotel. It was clean. It was a quick check in and it was quiet. I really enjoyed myself there."
