There was a hair on the glass wall of the shower booth in the bathroom. Exclude this, the cleanliness of all things was not bad.

Good location, near to airport. Clean room. If you are driving, hotel parking lot is located opposite the hotel, which is not convenient as you need to carry luggage crossing a busy main street. Other than that, everything is okay.

Cool area, close to the airport
Amazing sleep however if you’re driving, the parking lot is too far from the hotel. It was a bit of a drag to access the car.

To say but well, I leaned a lesson. Not coming bac
I had to find a hotel that was close to the airport and rental car shop because my returning flight was in the morning. I believed I wouldn’t fail too bad if I stick with a big name brand hotel. Hotel didn’t look like the picture. It was located on the corner of a big intersection with no lobby to load and unload, parking was located across the street in a alley about 800 meters far. I had to cross two streets, this can take upto 20 minutes or so everytime I park to return to hotel and pick up my car when leaving the hotel. One of days it was raining, hotel didn’t offer a rental umbrella, they only sold a raincoat. Didn’t want to shop too much onnmy way back to hotel because I didn’t feel like carrying all and walked to the hotel from the parking structure. Room I stayed had an over looking ocean peek, and street view. I probably stayed at one of the bigger rooms with sitting area and a tub with a shower booth separated. The bath was shaped awkwardly because my room was located at the corner. The bath shaped like a long narrow slightly curved triangle. Can’t really take a shower in the tub or soak in much. The buffet breakfast was on promotional price so I tried, it was pretty bad. A few bakeries, some veggies(leafy greens were not washed properly, I found a tiny green rounded live thing under my kale leaf...) rice, seaweed soup... chicken, dumplings... not many people were in the restaurant, (I can see why), everything was pretty cold or luke warm. Good value, close to airport.
Friendly staff at check-in. Helped me arrange off-hour transport to airport for work. Good price. Overall room was in good condition and was clean. Nothing negative to say! Hotel does not provide any bathroom items beyond shower items and soap (which honestly I like because shows they're aware of how wasteful such a practice can be and for the price I paid, didn't expect it). There's a convenience store directly next store where you can get a travel toothbrush and toothpaste for around 1,000 won if you forget one like I did. Would stay again for work - close to airport and is comfy enough.

Close to airport. Quiet environment. However, this hotel does not provide toothbrush and shavers to their guests. Strange and quite inappropriate for a 4-stars hotel.

Great Stay!
Stayed here with my husband and everything was great! The staff spoke English and were very helpful providing information about the local area and getting us a taxi. The room was very clean and quiet. We also really appreciated the USB outlet in the room to charge our phones without having to purchase an adapter for South Korea. Had a wonderful experience overall for a great price!

Close to the airport
Our flight arrived at night, we stay here and go to the resort in the next day. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was nice. We have a pleasant stay here.

Welcoming and warm hotel
It was very convenient hotel to stay in Jeju city. Strategically located and comfortable. We being vegetarian could not take breakfast as there weren't much choices available.

Okayish rooms, but excellent staff
The good: - Very friendly and helpful staff. Very much appreciated everyone. - Location is okayish - a bit of walk to restaurants and other places of interest - The water pressure on shower was pretty good The Bad: - Room was way too small - The carpet was stained - The location could be better - closer to the restaurants or shops Overall: It was an okayish stay, overall. I missed Marriott or Hilton, but perhaps it's not a fair comparison given the price differences. That said, the staff were very helpful and nice. It is probably the best part of the hotel. The room was rather small, but the shower was good, and the A/C was good. Would I return? I am not quite sure. Maybe. But, most likely, I would pick a hotel closer to the bus station - turns out, I bought a Timone card (public transportation), but never used it, as I ended up taking a taxi everywhere, including the airport.

The hotel staff wasn't helpful and the room was pretty old and run down. The area isn't great for tourism. We received much better service and amenities from smaller hotels in Korea. We'd expected much more from a name brand chain. Wasn't worth the money.
