Condo is close by to everything we wanted to do (restaurants, shopping, hiking). Area is quiet and safe. Plenty of room for a couple to hang out and relax. Thank you for a relaxing weekend in the mountains! We will be back!"

"This apartment was very nice, clean and Host communication was great. The check in process was easy. One thing to mention, the unit we stayed in there was a flight of steps to enter the hallway to the apartment and then there was a flight of stairs to get down into the apartment. We were fine, but something to note if you have a lot of luggage or someone that has mobility issues."

"This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. Convenient location, right off of rt 16, near a grocery store, close to storyland, nestlenook and downtown North Conway. Santa's village is about 45 minutes away - which is where we went. The only complaint we had 1st night was that it was too warm. I contacted Dan the next day and he told us the trick to managing the heat and it was all good the next night. Dan is quick to respond and very helpful. "

"Nice space overall, suited the needs of our family quite well. Would definitely consider renting again! One small note - the air conditioning really just covers the master bedroom and loft beds, not the 2nd bedroom (though that does have a ceiling fan). It wasnt an issue during our stay as we had cooler than usual weather, so we didn't have to find out if that was enough. "
