The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. We reported it to Vacasa and the problem was fixed the next day. Suggestion to the owner FILL THE FUEL TANK!! Dont just put a couple gallons in.
