"إستقبال محترم والموقع ممتاز والطاقم ودود جداً إنما عتبي على موقع هوتيلز وذلك لأنه لم يبين أن عند إستخدام كود الخصم يحرمني من الليالي المجانية عشرون ريال خصم مقابل 450 ريال ويتم حرماني من تجميع الليالي !!!!!!!؟؟؟ يفترض أن يكون شيء واضح للعملاء الدائمين وليس بعد الحجز والدفع يتم إشعاري بأنني لا استحق بسبب كود الخصم "

"I stayed here for the F1 race because the prices were much more reasonable than most places. It was about an hour walk each way in nice warm weather. Probably quicker than getting a taxi in the evenings due to the amount of traffic in the area. The room was beautiful, I was very impressed with the room, the hotel and the staff. "Very good hotel. Excellent quality of the rooms! A couple of (very) small things; 1. The Pool is only open between 8am and 4pm, which is a little tight 2. The Shopping Mall is walkable (some hotel staff say it's not) - but you need to be creative/patient with the traffic! 3. This is very close to the final approach of Jeddah Airport - and you will hear planes in the middle of the night. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel and very reasonably priced. "
