I stayed for one night at the end of a business trip. I was in need of a rest and this hotel was just what I was hoping for. I arrived well before check in time, but was shown to the room right away and was given a room upgrade. The next day, my departing flight was in the evening, and when I asked for a late checkout I was allowed to have the room until 4pm, no questions asked. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, professional and did everything possible to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. This was my first time in Saudi Arabia and I feel I got a sense of the famous Saudi hospitality. As for the hotel itself- it’s palatial! The room, bathroom, facilities, dining experience, etc are everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton, ie, excellent. But for me, it was the staff that made this hotel special.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom felt luxurious and serene. The service truly stood out — attentive without being intrusive, professional yet genuinely warm. Every interaction reflected the high standard you expect from The Ritz-Carlton brand. Housekeeping was consistent and detailed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and refined. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this room offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.
