"This is a pretty boutique hotel in a lovely little village away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The decor is traditional and very beautiful with generously sized rooms, staff is very helpful and friendly. They gave us a tour of the charming village and we got yo interact with the locals who very so very friendly, that was one of the highlights of the trip. Beautiful views and surroundings, would love to be back. "

"Towels very, very, very dirty. Rooms doesn't have windows. Bed sheets dirty and with holes. Blankets cover very dirty. Look like a room in the jail. Water room temperature and doesn't heat more. No possibility to take a shower. I was sleeping in the clothing. NEVER RENT THIS HOTEL!!!!"

"If you are a westerner used to that standard it will be difficult to find in Jaunpur. This hotel is down a mud alley. It has hot water but the entire room was moist. The night attendant played loud music one night, played cricket in the hall the next. The noise came straight in our room. The cleaning guy knocked to clean our room at 11:30, once we left the room we realized check was at 12 per Expedia. We had to wait in the small lobby with people staring at us. "

"The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. There was early morning rain - my bike was near swamped. Staff did not even attempt to tell me of the rain issues or wake me. They did manage to move their own vehicles out. Horrible stay. Disrespectful staff - they sneered and laughed when my bike was swamped in water."

"The manager was rude and nasty, telling us we would not find a better hotel in town when we complained at checkin. The room he showed us had a bar lock on the outside of the room. The bed had not been changed since last slept in. There was dirty in the bed sheets, and hole in sheet. The curtains had mud hand prints all over them. We did not stay after this encounter. We requested a refund from Expedia. We had to find a new hotel on our our in this remote village. We felt stranded by Expedia. "
