Not a big problem for me, but if you like it warm, and the people above like it cold (or vice versa), you might be a bit uncomfortable at times. Night one, no one was above me and it was much colder than I would have liked that night. Night 2, someone was up there and kicked on the heater and was very very warm all night....Shouldn't be a problem for most people,...

"From the start the hosts were so accommodating, communicative, and kind. The property was beautiful and clean. There was so much to do as the property included kayaks, fishing poles, a paddle boat, and so much more. Even the neighbors were very kind to us and let us use their dock for fishing. "My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this quaint little cabin style house! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. The Trident Marina is only a few minutes away for a quick bite to eat. The house was clean minus a few cob webs here and there and the sheets/towels were clean. However when we went to strip the sheets off the twin mattress the mattress cover looked like it had several stains on it. Overall we had an amazing time!"

"Our family of seven gathers once or twice a year to celebrate our grandson and oldest son's lives. The outside area was so pleasant. We enjoyed the rockers and swings very much. "This place was incredible! Went down with a group of guys for our annual Veteran’s Day weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The property manager Donald is awesome. He showed us around their beautiful property, allowed us to fish on their multiple lakes, and set us up to shoot on the range. The cabin was super clean and well stocked. Will definitely be coming back!"
