Very nice experience!
I have to say that this was a very nice experience! When I arrived, the staff was very frieand nice. My room was immediately ready. When I walked into my room, I was greeted with a welcome message on the TV. That may be a small thing, but it does make me feel special. The room was clean and pleasant. There was even a towel folded in the shape of an elephant. Cute! The shower was spacious. The bed wasn't bad, but it was more firm than I prefer. I woke up with a backache. The pillows were pretty good, though. The breakfast was good. The little omelets were delicious. There was plenty of bacon. The biscuits were okay and the gravy wasn't bad. There was fresh fruit that I enjoyed. When it came time to check out, again the staff was friendly and nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

We checked in during the IT outage and the staff did not appear flustered or incompetent. They made the arrangements for us to be comfortable. The front desk clerk could not have been nicer!

Comfortable bed! Thank you. I stayed at an independent hotel after the Fourth as Hampton went out of my price range, and the bed was horrible. When i complained they said they knew about it but offered no compensation. When I had a horrible bathroom at a different Hampton, I got points worth half my stay. Hamptons do vary by franchisee, sad to say. But this one in Winfield is good and I stay there every time I go to my brother's house.
