"I stayed here for six days over the holidays, and it was an excellent experience! From the time I checked in, I was greeted by warm, friendly staff who were genuinely interested in my stay. Tina was the associate who checked me in, and greeted me with warmth - she was awesome! Throughout my stay, my room was clean and remained impeccably maintained. For being a busy time, the hotel was still remarkably quiet. It is also the perfect location, situated across the street from shopping in Avalon and within walking distance of several shops, including Starbucks. It felt like a quiet, safe enclave right off the beaten path, and close (but not too close) to 400. While I didn't take advantage of it much, the workout room was well equipped and also super clean. This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at for the rate, and will be my hotel of choice on my next visit to the Alpharetta area."

"The place was clean, food was good, but there was a stench coming out of a room, not sure if it was a storage or guest room, but it was bad. Some of the outside doors were inoperable, leaving the chance for anyone to come in and out without a key card. Overall, i like it. "

"I checked in on Monday, 12/23 and noticed my room door didn't shut completely. Had to report it 3 times before it was addressed on 12/26. Couldn't fix it so I was moved to room next door which was fine. I know it was Christmas but there was no communication from the hotel to me until I talked to the manager, who was very nice. Everything else was great."
