"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. "Nice area sounded by nature close to bike trails and close to grocery stores and some restaurants. We drove to Bentonville to eat out. Inside is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable couch, primary bedroom mattress was firm and sheets are soft. The extra $60+ a night in fees/taxes is something to be aware of. "

Perfect for couples getaway because you have a kitchen, access to groceries and you also have numerous restaurants within a couple miles. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning. "The owners have worked to make this VRBO a comfortable home away from home. It is in an area that is close to shopping, food and places of interest. The owners were quick to answer any questions and replaced a hot water heater within a few hours of when the one there, had quit working. "
