"Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step...

"The Fergus Cactus Garden is in an ideal location, just slightly up the hill and away from the busy main road. The reception is beside a pool and seating area and close to the restaurant. "This was our 9th visit. The hotel is very, very good. The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years."

"Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests. "

My best Christmas of 2019 is finding myself in this unique place, it was so beautiful to behold from the mountains then get there to find unlimited beautiful beach that worth visiting even though you must drive through rough roads 😍😍

"Basic but comfortable. Quiet in general and very relaxing. Convenient for other local amenities. Food more than adequate but the dessert section is very detrimental to the waist line. Discipline required. Simply put…. I would go back again. "

"The hotel is good if you are German. Would be nice that when you go in to book it in the hotel website or any other website that explain that is for German tourists as everything is written in german including the main staff is German or Austrians. We were looking for a Spanish speaking staff and cuisine more Spanish as well. "
