"My family stayed for 10 nts and had an amazing experience. Nice location, close to the airport bus stop and the Coex shopping area both within 5-10 min walking distance. Plenty of dining options around the hotel on weekdays but many restaurants close on weekends. There are cafes, convenient stores and Paris Baguette bakery very close by. I want to especially thank two exceptional staff at the reception desk. Jung Suk (Jefferey) Chae and Seung Min Yoo for helping and accommodating all our needs and for being so kind and helpful. Thank you and we definitely would like to come back and stay at Ibis Gangnam for our next trip to Seoul. "

"This hotel is beautiful and spacious. The location is excellent, right outside the lake and next to the mall. The gym is very large and luxurious for a hotel gym. The staff were very kind and accommodating. You can request anything (like more water bottles) via the phone from your room. I would absolutely stay here again."
