"We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway. "

Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The suite had everything you need to prepare meals(several extras as far as spices and whatnot) and the dining table looks out the window to the creek. "Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place was amazing. I booked a cabin never having been to this place with the plan of proposing to my girlfriend somewhere in Estes Park, and then i got to Streamside and it was so beautiful. I really wanted to propose on the bridge over the river because it was gorgeous, especially with all the snow and frozen portions of the river, but alas, i had an umbrella full of fake rose petals to deploy as i asked my gf to marry me and i did not want to litter.
