"The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town."

Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. "Property was ideal. End unit near the beach. It had a fenced-in outdoor space facing the beach. Plus two outdoor porches. Bonus-Hot tub too! Our weekend was a rain-out but each floor had large windows facing the beach which was a beautiful view. We were able to enjoy the porches too. "

"Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. The amount of space was comfortable for us. The bathrooms are clean and the towels are fresh and fluffy. The dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are new and nice. "Really enjoyed our stay! The property was cute and very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and other attractions. Our host Roberto was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Always difficult to find a place that welcomes pets, this one was perfect. Overall, great experience.... would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful home. Just a great stay. Only notes. The one bed has a missing screw and collspsed in the middle of the night. Broken dishwasher, but not a big deal. We just used paper plates. Had a super great time here visiting our family. Want to do it again next year."

"This charming bungalow provided everything we needed for our stay! I loved the front porch, the spacious living room (even a great desk area to check into work emails) and well stocked kitchen! There's lots of character on the inside and room to relax on the outside! The private back yard was great! My one complaint... we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard! Hopefully we will be back again!"

"Wonderful property. Very spacious for the size of the house. The backyard is incredible. Very clean. The host was very helpful and responsive. When we got there we found that the Keurig was broken and a replacement was delivered in a few hours! Easy to park in driveway and street and nearby a Shoprite. I would stay at this property again. The description is mostly correct. It states there are 3 futons but I would call that misleading. There is one room with 2 futons. One might be a queen size...

The quiet beach is within walking distance. We also enjoyed Sandy Hook Beach, a 20-25 min drive away. We hope to return every year! "
