"We should have stayed 2 days to relax more. The place is nice, and if stayed longer we would bring or buy some of our food to cook and hang out there. The song birds were on cue as they were singing away Saturday morning.Loved it!"

"My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Place was clean, cozy and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the water and saw a bald eagle fly over. We had a lovely Fall getaway. Property is located just outside of town, so convenient to shopping and restaurants. "

"Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. "

"The house was great for our family. It had two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Plus two other bedrooms. Beautiful deck. The fenced in yard allowed play location for the kids. I saw on other comments mention of dust webs...true if you look for them... but welcome to the woods. Overall it has a clean feeling. Advice, bring hand towels... there arent any in the 4 bathrooms in the house. If we go back to Raystown...wed reserve this house again!"

"My husband was doing a job in the area with his brothers and nephews. This cabin perfectly suited their needs; it was clean and comfortable and the guys loved being able to relax around the firepit at the end of the day and listen to the owls and wildlife. They cooked all their meals at the cabin and enjoyed themselves thoroughly! Even managed to get in a little bit of fishing at the end of the road. "

"This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely...

"My family (husband, me and two adult sons) & German Shepherd stayed here over Thanksgiving. Great location, lane is a bit washed out, but driveway to the house was great. Cottage was cozy and well stocked. Great appliances, great stock of pans, cookware, utensils. Very nice layout - the upstairs with two beds and the downstairs with one.
