"Great location. Great decor. Breakfast was decent. Issues with the heating. I had to call each night to get it started otherwise the room was cold. They manage to regulate it from remote. Not sure why they charged my card €100 of deposit. Not I'm waiting to get a refund... "

"Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "The hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard in an art deco style. The staff were friendly and helpful. Billie is in a central location with plenty of shops, places to eat and sights nearby. We found it to be very good value."

"Nice stay, the checking is silly, you have one address to go to, they give you the keys in the next building and your room is in a different building. Every thing is in the vicinity so no problem. Their online check in is unnecessary time consuming. The staff and facilities are nice."

"Rather basic, but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. No hair dryer and only one small bar of soap for three people. No paper towels. Mugs were too small for a normal cup of coffee. Having said all that, I'd happily stay here again. "
