"The accommodation is beautiful, with top end facilities and decor. But it's difficult to find - the entrance is really hidden and not obvious. Infuriatingly, they ask for a deposit in cash on arrival, which is ridiculous when the room has already been paid for in full online in advance - you should have taken the deposit at the same time! I had no Indonesian cash left and refused to go to a cash machine to take out cash that I would be given back when checking out and then I wouldn't need it...

"Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again"

"One of the worst customer service hotel in Indonesia. I arrived hotel at 12am and it was closed , none at the reception and no instruction si given anywhere. I had to make some calls so that someone from mamagement call the receptionist who was probably sleeping to come and see me. The rooms are super small and housekeeping wont provide an additional towel if u request. No hairdrier provided. "

"Stayed in this hotel because the seminar was held in the same venue. Breakfast was excellent with a multitude of choices to suit any palette. Location was convenient to get to some of the big shopping malls yet not on the jammed packed main streets. There's lots of eateries nearby as well. Lunch and tea break that was served during the seminar was very tasty as well. One downside was the street outside is one way and my taxi driver did not know that and had to loop back. "The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
