"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. "Unfortunately the place was extremely dirty and the room did not correspond to the one I have booked. There was a lot of dust on the furniture, the pavement was filthy and found dirty toilet paper in the bathroom. It is very close to Brussels Midi station which can be a plus but the area is not so safe if you are traveling alone."
