"Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "Unfortunately the place was extremely dirty and the room did not correspond to the one I have booked. There was a lot of dust on the furniture, the pavement was filthy and found dirty toilet paper in the bathroom. It is very close to Brussels Midi station which can be a plus but the area is not so safe if you are traveling alone."
