"We got to jacksonville late, but they were ready for us. I had a knee replacement and the guy at the desk was so sweet. he got us on the first floor closest to the breakfast door. All the doors faced out to the parking lot or in to the outdoor swimming pool. We got amazing customer service from him! Our jetted tub room had the jets broken so the next day they moved us one door down to one that worked - which was awesome after such a long drive we'd had. The bed was comfortable, room was simple...
