"My husband and son are coaches for a travel ball team from Austin and we followed them up for a mini vacation. We were 15 minutes from the Rocker B location where the boys played! The area is beautiful, the house was amazing and laid out so very well for our "double family" to stay in. The outside area was amazing and we the host was so very accommodating for our stay. Thank you for making our weekend a good one."

"The house was absolutely perfect. We brought our two daughters and their families, there were six adults and five children. The bunkbeds were great for the kids and I loved that ever bedroom had its own bathroom! The house stayed very cool and there were even beach towels available for our crew. The lake is literally out your back door and the water is shallow enough that are two year-old with her lifejacket on was able to play In the water as much as she wanted. We also did s’mores one night...

"We decided at the last minute to take a short trip to Possum Kingdom lake with our fur baby. This cottage was available. The location is good. There is a local restaurant/bar just down the road with great food and service. Close to the lake to picnic and walk."

"We had several families in town for a baseball tournament and the house was very comfortable. The house is beautiful, well maintained and a lot of fun. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porches, the dock, the pool and the turfed area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun time on Possum Kingdom!"

"No problem with the house. It was clean and plenty of beds. There was a problem sleeping due to dogs barking (probably at cats) from 10:00 to 4:30 am. You might try the outdoor dog barking deterrent. It cost less than $30. Maybe a coffee table in the living room for drinks. Only one bedroom had a mirror so 4 women crowding one bathroom is not the best. Consider a cover for the patio coming summer."
