Nestled in its own private cul-de-sac, Jack's Point Retreat is a brand-new, stylish home completed with contemporary interior design throughout. This delightful holiday home is perfectly surrounded by the mountains and close enough to the Jack's Point clubhouse should you wish head out for a coffee or book a table for lunch or dinner.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter the house through the impressive double garage or through the front door, which leads you upstairs to the open plan living. To your left is the kitchen, dining and living area, with its mountain views, gas fireplace, spectacular dining table and breakfast bar.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The living area with its comfortable couches and smart TV, comes complete with Netflix and a soundbar for guests who wish to plug in and play their own movies or music. The gas fireplace heats the space quickly, should you wish to relax after a big day of adventuring.
On the upstairs level behind the kitchen and entertaining area, is the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The ground level consists of a shared bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The second and third bedrooms both have a Queen bed and their own French doors – ideal for the summer months.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.

Located in the distinguished suburb of Jack's Point, this divine holiday home is less than a 10-minute drive from Queenstown's International Airport and 20 minutes’ drive from Queenstown’s café and restaurant hub. There are plenty of walks in the area and mountain biking trails, making it the perfect base for your summer holiday or ski trip.
There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
