"I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options...

"Western Dreams Hotel is in need of serious renovations. I complained about the hard mattress and manager said they were Posturepedic, but every night it felt like I slept on rocks. I booked hotel for two guest and only one complimentary breakfast was included, worst than that there was roaches in the coffee pot. Poor WiFi and cable service. I would give this hotel one star rating and would not recommend anyone staying here. Elena USA"

"I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. There was a question about our breakfast with only one available despite the online details of two with the booking. Also we went swimming and the...

"It is rather amazing that a hotel like Dreamland suites will advertise that it serves free breakfast, only to charge us differently for our breakfast. I am really disappointed. They initially denied even giving us the room claiming not to know Hotel.com. Iam not impressed at all."

"Property is secluded behind a security controlled gate which is manned 24/7. The property sits on a high profile residential community which avoids a typical hotel setting. Additionally the staff are top notch and very accomodating to impromptu requests. However, the food menu is strictly local cuisine so do not expect an international food selection."

"Terrible, this is a rip off - hotel is not operating. Arrived to dormant location. No phone number included in itinerary, no email, but instructions advising to contact property if need be. We were stranded in the night and had to pay over $189 for another property. Contacted Orbitz for a refund and to investigate, and Orbitz is claiming it is not their responsibility to verify the validity of properties advertised on their site, but Orbitz collected our money. Internet scams "
