"It’s been really great stay, me and my family stayed there for 1 week and really enjoyed, I never wanted to leave the house to go and visit city, it was really cosy place, I actually like to relax on my holidays, no A/C but they provide you with fan which does the job… gas stove needs deep clean and it’s burner does not fires up properly and at some points I was scared to even turn them on…pool is kept clean… the only thing I really don’t understand or agree is that they charge you €90 for cleaning, I mean I stayed at many places but never had to pay for cleaning… even though we cleaned the whole house but still was charged… it supposed to be owners responsibility to make sure it’s clean and ready for next client… we could have left everything in mess and leave because they are going to charge us €90 anyways but we didn’t and was still charged… also bare in mind they have two different advertisement on VRBO where one indicates the €90 charge and one doesn’t and we booked it with one that doesn’t but they still charged us… but overall it was good stay… one last thing is it’s almost one hour drive away from Malaga city so plan it accordingly…"

"Fantastic house, very easy trip from Málaga Airport. Beautiful views, superb pool, really huge. This rustic, traditional house was perfect,we had such a great time. Loved using the wood fired pizza oven and the BBQ. Iznajar is a 10 minute drive and is really pretty and charming. Francisco and Juani were perfect hosts, thank you you for a memorable holiday "

"The property is lovely, Clean and spacious. The area is quiet with excellent views, the villa has everything you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a lovely time. Warning the property owner will be around everyday to check on his crops and to check the swimming pool. I think he should pay a professional swimming pool cleaner .we thought Andres was nice so we did not mind his presence. However after we came back he sent a couple of very rude messages mentioning some damages to which we did not know because the teenagers never told us about it but we were prepared to pay for it. Somehow the property owner thought the damage was intentionally and malicious( the damage was minor to an old bed). It is such a shame that this person thinks everyone is out to get him and to take advantage of him, that was never our intention. If you stay here please make sure to do a detail hand over of everything when you check in. Inspect under the mattresses and document everything. He come up with some silly staff that we never noticed when we were there. The chairs in the patio are old my husband sat and the chair broke we were lucky it did not turn into a nasty fall. The flashing system on the toilets are broken, and if you try to fix it, the property owner will say that you broke it even knowing and admiting that in fact he needs to change it."

"The property was so authentic and beautiful. Dated but for us this was a good thing as it felt local and special. Paqui was extremely helpful even though he didn’t speak much English, his daughter helped communicate with us via WhatsApp and gave us lots of recommendations and support with travel. We were hoping to use taxis but because of the villa location this is not possible all the time so if you’re staying here you should definitely get a Hire car! The biggest supermarket was 17 min drive away and there was a petrol station about 8 min drive that sold all the basics. We had 2 nights out in the town where we drove one car in (2 trips) and got 2 taxis back to the villa and collected the car the next day using the other car (9 of us in total went) The views were incredible and the beds comfy. Air con was awesome! It felt like home the minute we arrived. Paqui also provided fresh veg! We were all very sad to leave the villa and are missing it a lot. We hope to return! Absolutely stunning! "

"In a stunning setting we had a brilliantly chilled out week here . We spent our time relaxing by the well maintained pool or venturing out to El Torcal and also the dolmens de Antequera . We would definitely come back ."
