"This hotel experience was absolutely horrible. We had driven hours from Istanbul and arrived late at 3am, exhausted and ready for bed. We booked a non-smoking room. We got up to the room and the stench gave us instant headaches and a cough. It was as if 5 people were smoking in the room at once.
