Beautiful Property!
4 couples just spent a week at this condo. Everything was beautiful....condo, pool, beach and staff all great. Great pool service too! So nice to just lay back and enjoy the sun while your drinks are delivered right to you! Ask for Philly at the pool....he will take such good care of you! Joe, the owner was super friendly, very responsive and easy to work with. This was our first time in the Marina area. It was a little further away but buses and taxis were always available. We love Ixtapa and this vacation was one of the best!

First time at this Property
Overall, this property met our needs. The location worked well for the golfers in the group and is close to the small shops in the Marina and the market in the shopping district. It was very clean and it was so easy to get chairs and umbrellas at the pool. If we were to change just one thing, it would be the size of the beds in the two secondary bedrooms (they were listed as queen size beds, but to us they were not queen size beds, but standard size beds -- hard for two adults to sleep in for two weeks) and new pillows are needed. They were very flat in both the secondary bedrooms. What made this property a good value, was the size, working with Joe the property host, who was very responsive to our questions and needs and Eli who was responsible for the cleaning of the unit. She was so friendly and very good.

Very nice property
The unit has a fantastic view and the listing represents the property accurately. The pool and fitness room are very nice. The snack area has good breakfast and lunch and drinks by the pool.having to wear a wrist band as a visitor was a bit disappointing because it was such a high end place.

Impressive condo.
Beautiful sunset and ocean views. Large open kitchen and plenty of room for entertaining. I liked the fact there were patios facing the mountains from every bedroom. The owner was very accommodating and delivered a new microwave and hair dryer to condo the day after request was made. Pool staff very friendly and pool bar prices reasonable.
