"The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March). "Very large comfortable room, very clean. Beautiful window and balcony with greenery. It was quite and pleasant. The staff was professional and very helpful. There is a paid parking (15 euro/24 hours) in front of the hotel, but we parked on the street - it is free during holidays. Safe, green area, at a walking distance to shopping, attractions, restaurants."

"My favorite place to stay in Sofia: reasonable rates, close to subway and a few minutes to the downtown. Facilities and rooms are not new and would require remodelling. Bedding definitely require immediate replacement: fitted sheets must be used instead of old fashion regular sheets."

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
