"The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. "Beautiful location, way out in the countryside, were looking forward to it, stopped at a shop on the way to stock up, shouldn't have bothered, the kitchen on the listing is a hot plate down the side of Sabrina's house, not sure what you do if it rains? If you want to put your food on a plate, you have to ask for one, no plates, cutlery of glasses in the property, nothing to even make a coffee with in the morning. "We enjoyed staying in this villa with our adult children and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay. The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring)."
