"Our first stat at the Grand and it was brilliant. I booked a junior suite and it was gorgeous. My daughter loved the novelty that she could relax in a bubble bath, in the bedroom, whilst watching a film, and looking out at sea. The best part was how nice the staff were. "We returned to hotel after being out for dinner to find the bathroom floor flooded. This was promptly dried up with floor ti be told to contact reception if it happens again. All looked fine only to find the same thing when going to the loo at 2am. This time we were relocated to anothet room, given complimentary breakfadt and late checkout at 2pm.
