"Everything was great. Shower had a traditional japanese bath and shower setup with a sink just outside to wash in the morning. Several nearby shops for dinner and breakfast and the Tengachaya station is about 10 minute walk and can get you to the Namba area in maybe 20 mins. There are 4 futon beds and a couch on the first floor. The stairs up are about half my foot size so watch out when walking downstairs, and if you're 6ft also on the way up because i hit my head on the ceiling once haha....

To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up.
