"This place is excellent!!! The service was second to none in Brazil. Carlos, Andres, Louis a young man was a great host, especially for Americans traveling to Brazil. The only negative but it's actually a plus is the placement of the hotel which is far from the action but it is a good thing because its safe from the chaos. Security in the lobby around the clock which is essential in Brazil. The elevator also has a card security to which you can only go to your floor so it provides security and takes away any stress of anyone randomly popping up and attempting any mischief. Brazil is beautiful and excellent place to visit. The Marriott is the best hotel to stay and this is not a bot writing this. Iam a new Yorker on vacation in Brazil for the first time and I loved it, the BEST SERVICE ALLOWED ME TO HAVE THE BEST VACATION "

"Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great."

"Great hotel close to beach and have ocean views. Nearby has many restaurants. The staff are amazing. The only downside is the mosquitos which are everywhere…but it is a great hotel overall"

"The property was beautiful. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was a nice addition. But the hotel is located in an area that does not feel safe, especially in the evening. Thankfully, there is one restaurant option on the ground floor. But when you get tired of that And the restaurant in the hotel, there are no in the area that you can get to safely"
