This hotel is in an excellent location in Kadikoy near the market, restaurants, and shopping. It was clean, the rooms were nicely decorated, and I would stay here again.

The staff are the best. They soeak great ebglish and are very informative about istanbul. Even have us directions how to get to the IST Airport via metro. Its actually faster than traffic and so easy. Only 8 min walk away. Breakfast was awesome

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful,the breakfast was great (everything always fresh and tasty), the location is perfect, and the room was luxurious, clean, and quiet, with very strong air-conditioning. This is one of my favorite hotels in the world!

Great place & Staff
Room was comfortable and clean. Good ac, water pressure and toiletries provided. Staff was astounding and was able to fulfill many requests including late check-out and room change to a room overlooking the side street (to reduce noise from the main street) and also let me wait out my layover in the comfortable lounge.

The hotel is very nice, close to stations and bus stops, close to the downtown and all shops, but at the same time quite and peaceful! Highly recommend of you are in a businesses trip and you want some piece of mind.

This is a small hotel that is located in the heart of the Asian touristic side of Istanbul. Overall, the hotel is nice. They also operate a restaurant, which is very convenient for business travelers. The metro is 10 min walk away, which is easy access. Within 10 min walk, there are many shops and restaurants for all tastes.

5 mins by foot to the heart of Kadikoy, no need to talk about the location! Staff was really kind and helpful. Some facilities were difficult to use, like AC control is difficult to understand without the manual. Remember, there is no parking in front of the hotel. If you are using a taxi, there will be cars queueing behind you which makes it stressful to load/unload luggage :)

The fridge did not work and they didn’t fix it for four days, I couldn’t have any cold drink. When I booked it they never told that it was the penthouse, I had some problems walking in the room banging my head as I am a tall person. Staff was friendly and kind. At first, I was beyond being extremely disappointed with this hotel. They stuck me in a tiny, filthy room the first night, on the Ground Floor. It was DISGUSTING! The manager onsite that night didn't want to hear my complaints and basically, told me, "too bad". Next morning I went directly to the general manager and he immediately moved me to an immaculate room on the Fourth Floor and, honored the situation by complementing me with free meals for the remainder of my stay. Because of that, I can recommend this hotel.

Enttäuschendes Deluxe-Zimmer und eintöniges Frühstück Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, aber leider entsprach es in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für zwei Personen – es gab kaum Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen, geschweige denn den Koffer irgendwo abzustellen. Alles war extrem beengt. Zusätzlich roch das Zimmer stark nach Essen, was sehr unangenehm war und den Aufenthalt noch ungemütlicher machte. Unter einem Deluxe-Zimmer stellt man sich definitiv etwas anderes vor. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend: jeden Tag dasselbe Angebot, ohne Abwechslung. Dass ein Café Americano extra kostet, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht überzeugt, und wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
