"An absolute heaven and paradise ... Pure escapism .. surrounded by beauty, serenity and a tropical oasis .. the design is just out of this world. Pictures do not do it justice ... So much more stunning in person. But credit where it is due, the level of customer service is 5000 out of 10 :) Yacine and Hassan were so lovely and welcoming from the second me and my 10 year old son arrived. The energy of the people who work here, like everyone has said, you can tell they truly care about your experience. The staff always have a smile on their face, it really made the stay top notch. We only stayed for 2 days but will stay for longer next time. During the evening the hotel completely transforms and you can forget all your worries and the hustle of life back in London. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend the tapas restaurant which was outstanding. The gentleman serving us was so lovely and helpful ; wish I could remember his name. Thankyou so much for the best time. P.S they have a gorgeous black cat Sophie that is well looked after. My son was very excited to see her. For any animal lovers please do bring treats for her as I will do next time :)"

"Very good standard all round and great location for a relaxing break with interesting local tours along with a nice pool and gardens Probably visited when the occupancy rate not too high so not sure how that compares to my experience My only minor gripe as a vegetarian was that the Moroccan restaurant on site had no vegetarian options "

"My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when any entertainment that was going on around the hotel. It was not displayed anywhere and I was not made aware of any timings or where things were being held particularly for the evenings. All in all a brilliant stay. Thank you very much. "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing, from its decor to its friendly staff, the star rating should be way higher, from someone that travels a lot this hotel is amazing, from its amazing staff on reception, bar staff and pool staff Mohammed all amazing, had food at the hotel which was a buffet and was great with a good selection of traditional and continental foods, me and my friends will definitely be back, we absolutely loved our stay!
