"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"This was an amazing place. The young man at the desk helped us with water shuttles to the next Idland. He helped us get to the airport. It was incredible what he did for us. "We stayed for 2 nights and thought the location was perfect and super easy to get back and forth to Venice. Lido was a beautiful little island and felt there were was tons to explore. The staff was really helpful with helping us figure out the ferry back to the airport and had bag storage incase we wanted to go explore for the day."

"I had a very good experience in this Hotel. Very friendly service, good breakfast with an excellent organization on shifts to avoid over crowding. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Only issue was the bar nearby in the area were young people get drunk very late at night and get noisy on the streets. First night I forgot to close the window external covers and it was very noisy. Nothing that the hotel can do but for others visitors to be aware and bring some noise reducers to enjoy a deseable sleep. I recommend this hotel."

Excellent vacation

"We had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast perfect, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean. Although there's no air conditioning, it wasn't necessary at this time of year because the weather was cold, and we felt very comfortable. The hotel is in a strategic central location, which made it very convenient to get around. It's also very close to restaurants, shops, and boat stops to various destinations."
