we had a wonderful time! house was clean, only complaint would’ve been I wished there were more towels! but other than that the location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and in a lovely neighborhood!

Overall, very nice.
This was our fourth consecutive year staying in this house, and it has always been enjoyable. This year, we had some trouble with the TV. One night we were just sitting there watching a program and all of a sudden the TV went completely out (ROKU channel). Finally got everything back after re-registering. Otherwise, very nice week.

great stay
Balcaony overlooking water/sunset, about .5 mile from the beach, which was an easy walk. Place was clean and comfortable. Host was responsive to slow drain in the master bath sink. Loved that each bedroom has an attached bath. We will stay here again.

Small
A small older house with a dated kitchen, kinda like visiting your Great Aunties House. The AC crashed while we were there and the owner was right on the problem fixed it within a day. I also was refunded my full stay due to the AC unit needing to be replaced. As far as the house itself, it is the bare minimum. The side room with the fireplace does not have AC and it is blocked off from the main house and smells stale There was food in the kitchen cabinets that expired in 2018. You could not open the fridge without it hitting the kitchen cabinet. A very very cramped kitchen. The back room with the laundry and extra supplies had a heavy heavy moldy hot smell that had me covering my mouth when I had to go into that room. The second bathroom in the back room is so small that I barely fit and I am 5’2” 130lbs. The bed was very comfortable, however it was the first time my toes ever protruded over the mattress. There was also rust stains on the shower rod, water damage on the closet floor, and no where to sit outside besides the front stoop. You will need some extension cords due to the limited outlets in every room. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and about a 2 mile bike ride to restaurants and bars. The house served its purpose and for three adults comfortably.

Great trip
We stayed here after getting married. My maid of honor & bridesmaid spent the night before the wedding with me. My husband and I stayed two nights after the wedding and had a great time. It’s super close to the beach and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The host gets back to you within minutes & answered all of my questions. Truly a great stay! :)

We spent a couple days at this house for my wife's birthday. Everything was clean and in good condition. We walked to the beach several times but you can park very close to the beach access if you don't like to walk. We spoke with the owner he was gracious and we enjoyed the opportunity to stay here.
