"Hotel aesthetics and common area cleanliness is great and actual rooms are large. But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled. "It was hard to get inside after 10 PM, but after a complicated walktrough, and a lost telefon signal, we managed. When trying to connect to the internet, we could find a code, and when leaving the room we found leftover waste under the bed... The Toilet facilites were suprisingly good Even tough the hotel is overall worn out, it was a nice stay without big problems."
