"This was the second time we stayed at Acacia during our trip. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are so kind, considerate and professional. The rooms are a pleasure to sleep in, always immaculate, freest and clean. There is a tranquil foyer, landing area which is a great spot for looking at the sea, reading or just resting. The location is ideal for Santa Cruz, just off the Main Street, quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. A big mention must go to Jose, Claudia and Carolina who made us feel most welcome. Thank you for a.very pleasant stay. "
