The place is in a great location, short walk to the main street with lots of shopping/ restaurants etc. Very clean property & a huge breakfast included every morning. "There was some initial confusion as the hotel check-in instructions stated someone with a name board would be waiting at the airport/ferry port but none was there - however there were plenty of taxis available and after a driver confirmed with hotel staff on a call that nobody had been sent specifically we were able to make our way to the hotel. The hotel is in a delightful quiet road within a short walk of most restaurants, shops and bars. The pool and sun lounger area is spectacular and the gardens beautiful and immaculately kept. Bed in the room was firm and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Room fixtures and bathroom fittings are basic yet clean - for a trip here however you will probably want to spend most of your time outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, front desk and breakfast staff spoke English fluently which was helpful. Would strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers."

"What a perfect way to experience the Galapagos islands! So happy my wife and I chose Semilla Verde Boutique Hotel over a hotel in the town. The grounds are wonderful. We walked the paths and saw the tortoises multiple times per day. It was an easy 10 minute taxi into town for tours, restaurants and other activity when we needed it. But we loved the quiet and tranquility at Semilla Verde. The pool is refreshing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The coffee is grown on the property and makes an amazing breakfast even better. And we used the yoga/fitness studio every morning. What a perfect hotel for us. Highly recommend. And we used Guiding Galapagos Tours, who also made our stay in Galapagos an amazing experience. "
