Convenient and yet quiet, you can walk to most attractions including the Promenade. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The large kitchen has modern appliances and a full size refrigerator. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one we have ever encountered in a vacation rental apartment. "We had a lovely stay at the apartment, Helene was very welcoming and gave us some great tips on where to go locally. The property has 2 gorgeous terraces with stunning sea views overlooking the small port. A comfortable living room area and adequate kitchen with everything you need. Good size main bedroom, again with a balcony and lovely sea view. A designated parking space was really useful and the surrounding residential area felt very safe and welcoming. Great stay! "

"We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. "Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning...

"Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Armelle is an exceptional host and went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday. She is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is a charming typical French residence with a lovely relaxing pool area which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. The apartment is comfortable and quiet with good facilities and is in walking distance of a bakery, little supermarket and butcher. Cannes centre is a short car drive...
