"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. "A lovely place to stay in if going on boat back to the UK next day. Right on 2 beaches - lovely coves and lots of sand, great Lobster restaurant. Try and get a room overlooking the sea or pool - we had lovely little balcony. "

"Nice hotel at a perfect location. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The heat in the room and hall was excessive and no one seemed to know how to lower it. Beautiful people,"

"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. "We had an amazing holiday, the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the pool and the tennis court. It was great having a private garage. Thank you Jose for welcoming us and fitting WiFi. The local beaches are stunning and there are some great walks in the area."
