"This house is sooo nice - really big and spacious. We had six of us (three adults and three kids) and had more than enough space. It looks brand new too - so clean and great furniture etc. The pool is really good, kids enjoyed playing there. A couple of minutes to the Malecon and many restaurants in 5-10 minute walking distance. Highly recommended."

"It is a very nice home. Very comfortable and the property was clean and well kept. The pool service being done 2 times a week was very nice! The kitchen was immaculately kept with plenty of dishes, pots and pans as well as glassware for different occasions. The internal temperatures were perfect for sleeping. "Great stay at CasaSunbreak. Everything you need is there: purified water in good supply; a big bag of coffee; excellent a/c; thick, large towels; dish soap; books. Lovely art work throughout the house. Neighborhood has easy access to DiDi (local Uber equivalent). Allison lives on site and is helpful with any questions. Also had good recommendations for transportation from SJD and a local rental car company. A fantastic time diving in La Paz."

"Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the rooftop with stunning views of the sea and city. The beautiful gated neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. My 9 year old son loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. We even met some very helpful and kind neighbors. We would definitely love to stay again!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. I rented Suite Arlena and found it to be ample in space, with its private balcony and AC, and a very comfortable bed. The jucuzzi tub needs to be a real hot tub, in my opinion, for it to be relaxing with the jet streams and warm enough so you don't feel cold, especially in the evenings when, even in the summer, it gets breezy and cool.
