"The people who worked at Puerta Cortes were very nice. There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end."

"The photos don’t make justice to how great it is. The views from the terrace (and living room, and bedrooms, basically from the the entire apartment) are stunning- ocean views and sunset! They have room service every other day, they supply the basics - toilet paper, dishes detergent, some water bottles, coffee, etc. well equipped with brand new appliances and there is also an option for room service if you need. "Kid friendly , pet friendly . Right next to the marina ,but not on the marina. Close to all the resturants. Nice location , and parking is secured. Family own hotel. You do need to take water , full kitchen to used. Overall great place to stay. "
