"We were greeted by name by our hostess, Señora Domitila, as we walked up to Casa de Luna... it is quite a hike from the port with multiple stops to rest due to the altitude. Go straight up and to the right (multiple times) and ask a few people where Casa de la Luna is on the way. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Our room was large and comfortable. "This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"
