"Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "

My dream came true to visit Normandy and the Beach my dad landed on in WWII>Omaha Beach The property was a serendipity experience for us as we used it as a base to explore. We rented a car from Bayeux so we had transport, the house had everything we needed for our 14 day stay and any problem(dryer issue) was immediately addressed. Property manager was excellent with communication and he and his spouse met us at check in and gave us a tour of their GORGEOUS property! They live onsite, so there are private areas with no access to guests (3 units on site, all with their own private outdoor spaces), however we found it perfectly comfortable, private and peaceful. "The check in/ check out procedure was made super simple but a very easy to communicate with host. Bar, restaurant, shop and fuel station are all a short walk away. Highly recommended place to stay!!"

"The house was fabulous. The property is gorgeous with a beautifully renovated farm house -modern amenities and comforts within a classic setting. Top notch furnishings and very tasteful The perfect location for DDay beaches and Monte St Michel daytrips. Peaceful and restorative - we could not have been happier. Catherine our host and her family were lovely. We were sad to leave!"

"Great spot to stay if touring Normandy. Was nice to cook in the room vs eating out again. Close stroll to the harbor area, restaurants and grocery store. Really comfortable bed. I would stay again."
