"The staff at this property were first class and so helpful, and always ready to assist despite it being Christmas when i stayed there. The house itself is very pretty and in a very cosy, pretty traditional Danish rural area in Copenhagen. it was also extremely clean and the bed in my room was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept on and i could tell it was memory foam. "We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"An excellent property and very close to Vibenshus Runddel Metro for travelling round the red line. Communication through WhatsApp was very quick and the amenities were great. The only thing I would change is maybe having the windows frosted, as we were on the ground floor and people were walking past. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! "

"hotel near Tvoli amusement park so breakfast can be overrun by kids. pillows too soft. requested for non-handicap room at time of booking but was still initially given one. Front desk immediately changed rooms and we got one with a good view of planetarium and lake."
