"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"This place is interesting. It is not like a typical hotel. They have staff thru normal business hours but shut down after 9pm. The hallways go dark & you feel as tho you are in an abandoned apartment building. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were not. Shower is small. Bathroom is small & tight. The room is small. "

Whatever they offer on the website is not accurate and they couldn't even provide infant beds so my children were falling off the bed. "I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the venue in which I was there to attend. I was pleasantly surprised by Victor who was very helpful. As for the room, I am used to a much bigger space, but I know German hotels are typically much more conservative, so it was what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! It would have been nice to have an extra towel (people with long hair need 2 towels), but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great!...

"The gate to get in was not working , we buzzed maybe 20 times and they just kept buzzing it but it wouldn’t open. You would think that after a few times they might think something was wrong. But no. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available. "
